Special Requests

Specialty chairs, tables, linen, lighting, dance floor, tent rentals, etc. can be arranged.  Every wedding is unique; therefore, the costs will be determined based on your requests.  Estimated costs will be provided at the time of order and confirmed 45 days prior to your event; to have your rental charges consolidated with your final bill, The Sanderling charges a 10% handling fee.

Requests for the Sanderling Staff to place favors, place cards, centerpieces, etc. at your reception can be arranged for a minimal fee.  Please let us know if you need assistance with your 5-day guarantee count.   

The Sanderling is able to provide welcome baskets and gifts customized to suit your specific event and deliver to your guest’s rooms prior to their arrival.  The cost of these welcome baskets will vary based on your requests. Please let us know if you would like to add this special touch as a “thank you” to your guests for traveling to The Sanderling to be part of your special day.

If you would like to extend the time of your event, requests for extra time will be accommodated based on availability and will result in an additional charge of $700.00 per hour.
