Your early arrival also allows time to change into a spa robe, relax, complete necessary information forms, and ensure the full time scheduled for your appointment. Unfortunately, treatments started late will not extend past the scheduled finishing time to accommodate all of our guests fairly. For the comfort of all of our guests, the Sanderling Spa is an Adult Only Facility. The concierge will be happy to arrange childcare services at your request. Services may be booked for guests 14-18 years old when accompanied by an adult gaurdian. Please contact the Spa Director to make arrangements. Due to the popularity of the Spa facilities, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid charges for scheduled treatments. Please contact us to reschedule or cancel your appointment at least one day prior during operating hours. Gratuities have not been included in the Spa treatment prices. If you desire to recognize exceptional service, a gratuity may be added onto your spa service bill. In order to provide you with a true escape from the everyday, cell phones and pagers are not permitted in the Spa treatment areas, lounge or Nail care areas. The Sanderling Spa is a smoke-free environment. In order to make your experience as comfortable as possible and to avoid treatments that may not be appropriate for you, please advise our staff of any health issues such as medications taken, recovery from recent surgery, allergies, pregnancy or existing medical conditions such as hypertension, heart disease or athletic injuries. Also, please note that it is not advisable to consume alcohol or large meals prior to any treatment.
