The Sanderling's yoga classes were designed with extensive research and careful consideration of all physical conditions to bring rejuvenation to your body and mind through purposeful balance, movement, and breath. The instruction is informative, non-competitive and provided with caring guidance to give you a most memorable experience.
Peaceful Warrior Yoga1 hr. 15 minutes – $17
Great for beginners AND seasoned practitioners, this class is a perfect prelude to your massage or body treatment! Through a combination of smooth-flowing yoga postures, balancing holds, deep stretching, and detoxifying twists, you will increase your body's flexibility and stamina. There is one hour of physical practice and a fifteen-minute savasana with guided meditation and a soothing head massage. You will feel simply amazing!

50 minutes – $17
Breath is responsible for powering the body's vital forces, nourishing the tissues with healing oxygen. This routine was designed to give you extra oxygen-intake through strengthening postures and movements while maintaining a smooth, energetic flow. This class will leave you feeling strong, empowered and ready for all of your Outer Banks adventures!

One-on-one classes available $60 for 2 hours. Please call in advance for availability.
The Sanderling Yoga classes are held in our Yoga Studio. Our classes are open to the public. The spa supplies yoga mats & blocks. Weather permitting, we also offer classes outdoors in a tranquil, natural setting surrounded by benefits of nature in the Outer Banks.
