Our Conference Center has been designed with the needs and wishes of our meeting guests in mind. From the beautifully appointed Board Room, to the spacious Swan and Heron Rooms, to the private Executive Suite, the meeting rooms can be set up in different configurations to accommodate small and large groups comfortably for meetings and meals. The flexibility of the space and the service of our conference staff ensures that your meeting is uninterrupted and private.

All rooms feature ergonomically-designed chairs; hard writing surface tables; state-of-the-art audio-visual and sound systems, and continuous coffee-break service. Banquet service is available, and special food and beverage arrangements can be made on the secluded outside deck.

The Swan and Heron Rooms, both of which open onto a private deck for breaks, can be set up separately in the following configurations:

The beautifully appointed Board Room can accommodate up to 20 persons "Board-Style" for a meeting. Upstairs is a private Executive Suite with decks and views of both ocean and sound, suitable for private receptions or small, informal meetings with overnight accommodations.
