- All rates are per room, per night, single or double occupancy and may have minimum stay requirements based on travel dates.
- Room Rates are subject to applicable taxes, currently at 11.75%.
- A $1.00 donation per night to the NC Beach and Land Trust is applied upon departure.

Deposit
A deposit equal to 50% of your stay including taxes will be charged at the time of booking. Sixteen (16) days prior to arrival, the remaining balance of the reservation value will be due. The credit card on file will be used unless you request a different one. Please note: If your reservation is booked within sixteen days prior to arrival a full deposit of 100% is taken at the time of the booking.
Cancellation
We do require notification of cancellation at least sixteen (16) days prior to arrival for refund of this deposit less a $25 cancellation processing fee. Cancellations received within the fifteen day period will result in forfeiture of the full deposit. Early departures or no shows are considered as a cancellation of reserved days and are subject to forfeiture.
