Main Inn First Floor rooms provide views of landscaping and scenic sand dunes or restricted views of the Currituck Sound from private balconies. Rooms are spaciously appointed with a king bed and a select number also have a sofa that pulls out to a queen size bed. The majority of these rooms boast a tub/shower combo if you would prefer an oversized walk in shower please request.

Sound view rooms have private balconies positioned to overlook one of the skinniest parts of the Outer Banks providing views of breathtaking sunsets over Duck Road and the waters of the Currituck Sound. Rooms are spaciously appointed with a king bed. These rooms have a tub/shower combo.

Main Inn Ocean Front rooms provide views of the Atlantic Ocean over protective, scenic sand dunes from your balcony. Here you have the best opportunity to see porpoises at play or ships sail by. Oversized rooms are spaciously appointed with a king bed and many also offer a sleeper sofa. Most bathrooms offer a tub and shower combo.

Loft suites are accessed from the second floor of the Main Inn and have a view of the Currituck Sound from the balcony off of the living room of the suite. The first floor of the suite has a sofa that pulls out to queen size, television, table and chairs, wet bar and a half bath. The bedroom is at the top of the interior stairs and has a half wall allowing you to overlook the living room. The bedroom has a second flat panel wide screen television and chairs to relax in. The master bath on the second floor is designed with a deep soaking tub and a free standing oversized glass shower.

Loft suites are accessed from the second floor of the Main Inn and have a view of the majestic Atlantic Ocean from the balcony off of the living room of the suite.
