Vacation Homes

Our five custom vacation homes are adjacent to the resort property and offer deluxe accommodations for families and vacationing groups. The three bedroom houses offer views of the Currituck Sound and are great for a small group or family. The four bedroom house sleeps ten and has an elevator for convenience. The six bedroom oceanfront house has sleeping arrangements for sixteen and private beach access.

All homes are situated within a short walk from the Atlantic Ocean and Currituck Sound. They also include balconies for enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Outer Banks. The homes have fully equipped kitchens, access to room service delivery and are located in close proximity to the resort's casual three-meal-a-day restaurant, Lifesaving Station, and AAA Four Diamond fine dining restaurant, The Left Bank. In addition, the Sanderling Spa and Pine Island Racquet and Fitness Center are open daily for our resort guests to enjoy.

These homes are owned and managed by The Sanderling Resort and Spa. The same amenities and services are available for the home guests as the Inn guests. These include:

  • Towel Replacement and Trash Removal Daily; Beds made after every 3rd night

  • 25% off court fees at our Pine Island Racquet and Fitness Center
  • Complimentary use of the fitness facility at PIRC

In-Home Chef Dinners

When on vacation there is no better way to have dinner at home than to have it cooked and served to you. One of our talented culinary professionals will come to your house and cook for you and your guests making it an interactive evening. Your server will treat you so you can sit and relax.



3 Bedroom Vacation Homes, Blue Bill, Canvasback & Mallard

Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac south of the South Inn building. The three bedroom vacation house sleeps eight, including use of the sofa sleeper in the upstairs living area. Two bedrooms have a king bed and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds. There are three full baths. Porches with seating overlooking the Currituck Sound (perfect for sunset viewings) are available on both the first and second floor. There are no busy streets to cross for direct ocean access. There is daily trash and towel pick-up. Full housekeeping service is provided every fourth day.



4 Bedroom Vacation Home, Ringneck

Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac south of the South Inn building. The four bedroom vacation house sleeps ten, including use of the sofa sleeper in the upstairs living area. Two bedrooms have a king bed and two bedrooms have a set of twin beds. There are four full baths and this house also has an elevator from the ground level. 6 Bedroom Ocean Front Vacation Home, Golden Eye

The Golden Eye Ocean Front Vacation home has everything you need to enjoy your time at the Outer Banks. Designed with a reverse floor plan the sleeping rooms are on the lower levels. The first floor has two bedrooms with two sets of bunk beds that can sleep a total of 8. These bedrooms share an oversized divided bath. The mid level has four primary bedrooms and four baths. One bedroom has a set of twin beds, two bedrooms each have a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has a king bed. The third floor offers breathtaking views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Currituck Sound. The living room, dining room and kitchen are designed with an open floor plan that is complimented by two additional sitting areas. There is a furnished screened in porch on the sound side of the top level and a furnished open air deck on the ocean side. There is daily trash and towel pick-up. Full housekeeping service is provided every fourth day. This home designed in true Outer Banks style sleeps 16 and has its own beach access but guests are still entitled to all resort amenities.
