FULL TIME POSITIONS
BANQUET MANAGER
Responsible for administering, directing, controlling, and managing the smooth, friendly,
and efficient operation of the Banquet Department. This position is responsible for the achievement of the
banquet performance standards and operational goals and direction of all service and supervisory personnel
in the Banquet Department for groups of 10-250 in the wedding, corporate, and social markets. Restaurant
Manager responsibilities in the off season. Job requirements: minimum 3 years related experience in same/similar
role in a resort/hotel setting, preferably four diamond; comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage banquet
service, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette; consistent professional demeanor; excellent verbal
and written communication skills; hospitality-oriented; excellent customer service skills; proven ability to
supervise and train associates; excellent organizational skills; attention to detail; computer knowledge
(Excel, Word, Payroll, Delphi).
SOUS CHEF
Participates in directing and controlling the operation of the Kitchen/Culinary staff;
maintains cleanliness, food production, efficient high quality operation. Provides supervisory guidance,
reinforces training, and initiates disciplinary action when needed. Makes suggestions and recommendations
for all matters pertaining to associates such as hiring, termination, change of employment status, etc.
Takes responsibility for shift during absence of Executive Chef. Three or more years experience in same/similar
role in fine dining restaurant, preferably in resort/hotel; culinary degree preferred or equivalent combination
of education and experience; hospitality-oriented; excellent customer service skills; proven ability to supervise
and train associates; computer knowledge (Word, Excel, timekeeping system).
